Due to the nature of our handmade products we cannot accept returns.
We have listed all ingredients for each item on the tags, as well as the website, so we ask that you be sure to look carefully at the ingredients to ensure there are no allergy concerns.
That being said, if you receive your package and you received the wrong item(s) or the item(s) arrive damaged, we want to make it right. Please contact suesbotanicals@gmail.com immediately for item replacement. We will ship the correct items, or a replacement item for the damaged one, within 3 business days.
