Our Lymph system is our waste removal system in our body, and when it is slow or clogged, it can make us feel sluggish and bloated as well as make it easier for us to catch become sick. Now it is time to add in one of our ALL TIME FAVORITE oils, Frankincense! Not only is frankincense great for SKIN it also helps to eliminate EXCESS waste, making it so much easier for our lymph system to do it's job! Rounding out this fabulous mix is MYRRH. Myrrh has been known to increase white blood cells. And as you may know, our white blood cells are fighters for our immune system! (And if you DIDN'T know, NOW YOU DO!)
