• Coriander – Supports digestion; may relieve headaches linked to digestive issues; mild anti-inflammatory.
• Chamomile – Anti-inflammatory and calming; soothes nerves and tension.
• Turmeric – Potent anti-inflammatory; reduces systemic inflammation contributing to headaches.
• Black Pepper – Enhances turmeric absorption; supports circulation and mild relief of tension.

Recommended Dosage

Adults:

• 1 dropper (30 drops)

• 1–3 times daily

 How to Take:

• Under the tongue for faster absorption, or

• In a small amount of water or herbal tea
